Did you know one of the Veluwe's finest MTB routes runs right past our park? The Zandenwoud route offers 51 kilometres through forests, heathland and sand drifts — and you can hop on straight from the house.

After our snow adventure on the Veluwe, we wanted another winter activity. On a drizzly study day, we drove to De Scheg in Deventer for an afternoon of ice skating.

We decided last minute to enjoy the winter weather on the Veluwe one more time. With the sled in the car and warm clothes on, it was a fantastic afternoon full of snow fun and laughter.
