What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you want to discuss a different time, please contact reception. A late check-out is not possible during school holidays and public holidays.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our holiday home.
How does booking through the park work?
You can reserve directly through the official booking system. You pay before your stay via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You will then receive confirmation by email.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available in the holiday home. Your holiday home has its own modem. You will receive the login details upon arrival.
How many people can stay?
The holiday home is suitable for up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with box spring beds available. The beds are 80x200 cm in size.

Is bed linen included?
Yes, bed linen is standardly included in your stay. All beds are provided with clean sheets and duvets. Towels and tea towels are not standardly available, but can be optionally booked.
Is smoking allowed in the holiday home?
No, smoking is not allowed in the holiday home. You can smoke outside, for example on the terrace or in the garden. Please put cigarette butts in the designated ashtray.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation of your booking is possible, but there are costs depending on the period before your check-in date. More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount. Within 3 to 2 months: 50%, within 2 to 1 month: 75%, within 1 month: 90%. Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100%. You can also take out cancellation insurance when booking.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is 1 private parking space at the holiday home. Additional parking spaces are available on the park.
Are there charging points for electric cars?
Yes, two charging stations for electric cars are available at the front of the park. Ask at reception for the exact location.
What coffee machines are available?
The holiday home has both a filter coffee maker and a Senseo. There is also an electric kettle for tea.
Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes, barbecuing is allowed on the holiday park with gas or electric barbecues; open fire is not permitted. You can order a BBQ package at reception (park BBQ service).
Is there a supermarket on the park?
There is no supermarket on the holiday park. Next to the park you will find a small camping supermarket. In Hoenderloo (approx. 2.5 km) there is a Spar supermarket. In Beekbergen (approx. 8.5 km) there is an Albert Heijn, and in Apeldoorn (approx. 15 km) there are several supermarkets.
Can I rent bicycles on the park?
Yes, you can rent (electric) bicycles and mountain bikes on the park. For renting a bicycle you can go to reception. Bicycle rental is on request.
Can I also arrive outside opening hours?
Yes, we ask you to let us know by phone or email during our opening hours if you will arrive outside opening hours. This way we can discuss the details of the key handover together.
Can I also leave before reception opening hours?
This is certainly possible. We ask you to leave the holiday home as described in the house rules. You can check yourself out via the app.
I have a problem outside reception opening hours, what should I do?
We are available 24 hours a day for emergencies. When there is an urgent problem that cannot wait until the next day, you can call 055-3781793. There is always someone available to help you.
Is it possible to pay for the reservation upon arrival?
No, it is not possible to pay for the reservation upon arrival. We ask you to pay for the booking prior to your stay.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Now, Bancontact, bank transfer, KBC/CBC Payment Button and Belfius Direct Net.
What payment options are available at reception?
You can pay at reception with PIN.
Can I take out cancellation insurance?
Yes, this is possible. When booking your holiday you can check this option. The terms and conditions are available during the booking process.
What is included in a bed linen, towel or tea towel package?
The bed linen package consists of a single bed sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase and is standardly included with a reservation. A towel package consists of a towel and a bath towel and can be optionally booked for € 8.50. A tea towel package consists of a kitchen towel and a tea towel and can be optionally booked for € 7.50.
How big are the beds in the holiday home?
The beds in the holiday home are 80x200 cm in size.
Are hand and/or tea towels available in the holiday home?
No, hand and/or tea towels are not standardly available in the holiday home. However, you can choose to add these extra to your reservation.
Can I use a raclette or fondue set in the home?
It is not allowed to use a raclette and/or fondue set in the home.
