De Hoge Veluwe from Hoenderloo

De Hoge Veluwe is one of the best-known nature areas in the Netherlands. From Hoenderloo you reach it quickly while you stay on the holiday park in the forest.

That makes it easy to combine a quiet morning in the garden, an afternoon in the national park and an evening back at the holiday home.

Walking and cycling

The park has extensive routes through forest, heath and sand drifts. You can cycle on the famous white park bikes and walk on many trails.

From Hoenderloo you can also choose routes that are quieter than the main entrances, depending on season and day.

Sights in the park

The Kröller-Müller Museum and Jachthuis Sint Hubertus are inside the park. In peak season, plan ahead if you want a specific day.

Combine a park visit with a short walk from the holiday park. That way you do not need the car every day.
